2018 Reunion Hours:
Saturday 10:00 am – 10:30pm
Food Vendor Trailer Space. All spaces will be 10’x20’. If you need a larger size, you will need to purchase another space.
Payment for space includes one parking space for a food unit with power and water. You must provide approved water hoses to connect water to your unit. All food vendors must meet DHEC sanitation requirements for a Community Festival. You may set up your unit in any way that does not overflow your designated area or interfere with safe pedestrian movement. Vendors must stay within assigned space including signs, banners or any advertising. Booths should be set up and operational no later than 5:00pm Friday August 3rd. Vendors are expected to keep their areas clean, with trash picked up regularly and boxes, etc. deposited in the garbage bin nightly. All spaces must be vacated and completely clean by 12 noon Sunday August 5th. No grease dumping on the grounds except in approved garbage receptacles. There will be no vehicles, trailers or campers permitted on the park grounds or at vendor locations once the Reunion Festival opens. All vehicles must be off the park grounds by 5:00pm Friday—no exceptions. Also, vehicles cannot be on the park grounds any time during the Reunion Festival operations. All vendors MUST park in the designated vendor parking area. We are not responsible for damage or theft to your car while at the Reunion. A Reunion representative will be available Friday afternoon to assist with space location and any other questions. All vendors are expected to follow all applicable safety regulations. Vendors will be required to use only NSF certified water hose for their water supply. All vendors must have a working fire extinguisher at its space throughout the festival.
Food vendors must provide proof of insurance and a South Carolina Sales Tax Certificate. All vendors must be able to pass DHEC inspection. If a DHEC inspection occurs and the Vendor does not pass the inspection, no money will be refunded to the vendor.
The Little Mountain Reunion TOLM reserves the right to sell spaces not occupied by Friday 5:30 pm on opening day with all fees forfeited by vendor. In the event a dispute shall arise between the parties to this contract, the parties agree to participate in a meeting before the full Little Mountain Reunion Committee for resolution.
Application due date July 23, 2018. If for any reason your application is rejected your fee will be refunded.

We must receive the supporting documents in order for your application to be approved. Once your application is approved, you will be mailed a spot number with directions and further information.
